Crystal Lake Rv Resort is a gated community subdivision where you can purchase a land deed restricted lot designed to accommodate a motor coach, trailer, fifth-wheel or park model. There is a spring fed, 54-acre lake, ideal for fishing and boating + a 20-acre nature preserve. There's a clubhouse and facilities offering rooms for dining, social and other group activities. There's a TV lounge/library, fitness center and a coin laundry. Crystal Lake RV Resort was "Voted" one of the TOP 30 RV RESORTS IN NORTH AMERICA.
There are 3-distinct types of sites:
#1. Landscaped RV Sites: 40 x 80 foot sites with room for slideouts on motorcoaches, fifth wheels and minimum 25 ft. trailers. These sites allow room for a patio.
#2. Class A Motorcoach Sites: There are Lakeside Pull-in and Back-in sites for motor coaches.
#3. Park Model Sites: Manufactured homes are allowed on designated sites for those who want to continue enjoying the RV resort lifestyle but are looking for more of a home structure.

| | | Beach Access- The Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park is only 8-miles away. The beach park is 166-acres in size and has a 1-mile long beach. There are restrooms and showers at the beach plus food concessions and equipment rental (kayaks, paddleboards, scuba, beach chairs and umbrellas). There are 5-parking lots connected by trails and boardwalks. There is a boat ramp that feeds into Turkey Bay, which is where the Cocohatchee River meets the Gulf of Mexico. The docks at the boat ramp are disability accessible.
